Do you offer accessible rooms?
Yes. We have six rooms specially adapted for guests with disabilities. These rooms must be booked in advance — please contact us at reservations@nordiclighthotel.com to secure availability.
Is the hotel cash-free?
Yes. Since May 1, 2017, we have operated as a cash-free hotel. This policy improves safety for guests and staff while also reducing cash handling and transportation, supporting our sustainability efforts.
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us at reservations@nordiclighthotel.com in advance to make arrangements.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
Yes. Our 24/7 in-house gym is available to all guests and includes:
- Treadmills
- Exercise bike
- Elliptical trainer
- Free weights
Access is granted via your room key. For your comfort, please change and shower in your room.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary luggage storage so you can explore the city without carrying your bags. Whether you arrive before check-in time or wish to leave your bags with us after check-out, we’ve got you covered.
What amenities are included in the rooms?
All rooms include:

- A fully stocked mini-bar
The mini-bar features soda, beer, red and white wines, sparkling wine, whisky, mix-your-own gin & tonic options, plus a selection of snacks such as chips, chocolates, nuts, and Scandinavian sweets.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, but spaces are limited. We recommend reserving your parking spot in advance. If our garage is full, we are happy to suggest nearby alternatives.
Are there running routes near the hotel?
Yes. Stockholm offers beautiful routes for runners of all levels. Our front desk team will gladly recommend options tailored to your preferences.
Is the front desk open 24/7?
Yes. Our front desk is available around the clock to assist with any questions or requests.
Where can I eat at the hotel?
You can enjoy a generous breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner at our on-site restaurant, Lykke.
For a more relaxed setting, our lobby bar offers a selection of starters, light snacks, and drinks — perfect for casual meetings, pre-dinner cocktails, or a late-night bite.
Do you offer laundry service?
Yes. Laundry service is available to help you freshen up your wardrobe during your stay.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel and on the outdoor terrace. Smoking is permitted at least 3 meters from the entrance. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to our smoking policy and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
How old do I need to be to make a reservation?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a stay with us.
Do you have pet-friendly rooms?
Yes. We welcome dogs in specially designated rooms, which must be booked in advance.
