Cash free hotel
As of May 1, 2017, we no longer accept cash payments at Nordic Light Hotel. This decision is part of our commitment to creating a safer environment for both our guests and staff. Additionally, reducing cash transactions helps decrease the need for transport, which has a positive impact on the environment.
Check in & check out
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is required by 12:00 noon. If you need to arrange for an early check-in or late check-out, we can accommodate your request for an additional fee. Please reach out to us at reservations@nordiclighthotel.com, and we will be happy to assist you with your specific needs.
Gym
We are pleased to offer our guests access to our in-house gym, equipped with everything you need for a full-body workout. Our facilities include treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical trainers, and a variety of weights to suit all your fitness needs.
The gym is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing you with the flexibility to exercise at your convenience. For your comfort and privacy, please change and shower in your hotel room. You can easily access the gym using your room key.

Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Nordic Light Hotel premises, including our outdoor terrace. Smoking must take place a minimum of 3 meters from our entrance. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to our smoking policy and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Reservation policy
In order to make a reservation at Nordic Light Hotel, guests must be at least 18 years of age. We strictly adhere to this policy to ensure compliance with legal regulations and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
Stay with your dog
At Nordic Light Hotel, we happily accommodate guests traveling with their furry companions in specially designated rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for both you and your pet. To secure one of these rooms, please book in advance by contacting us at reservations@nordiclighthotel.com or by adding it to your reservation during the booking process. A fee of SEK 400 per stay applies, covering additional cleaning. Your dog is also welcome to join you in our restaurant, LYKKE, creating a truly inclusive experience for all our guests.
