In this lecture, led by Markus Antonsson, a former police officer and expert in the field, you will gain a deeper understanding of the impact of violence, both in private relationships and in the workplace. How can you recognize signs of this in someone around you, and how can you help?

You will learn about the signs of violence, how to support those affected, and the important measures needed to create a safe and respectful work environment. The lecture is aimed at managers, colleagues, HR professionals, and trade unions, but also at private individuals. It is designed to provide practical tools and insights into how businesses and authorities can handle these difficult issues.

Through the lecture, you will gain a greater understanding of how violence can affect employees and workplace dynamics, as well as how managers and colleagues can act to protect both individuals and the organization as a whole.
